Jahid Shahbazov was born on December 4, 1981 in Baku. He graduated from secondary school N 251 (1988-1998). He continued his education at the Medical Faculty of Azerbaijan Medical University (AMU) (1998-2004). He continued his studies at Ege University and received a certificate on eye diseases (2004-2010). He is specialized on strabismus, cataract, glaucoma and refractive surgery (excimer laser).
